Refund Process
If your item meets the refund requirements, follow these steps to initiate the process:

Return the Item: You will be provided with a return shipping label (if applicable). Please ship the item back to us within 5 days after receiving the return instructions.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Late or Missing Refunds
